How long does it take to get a price?
We respond to all estimate requests within 2 business hours. If you submit in the morning, you'll have a price before lunch.
Are revisions included in the price?
Yes. Every project includes 3 revision rounds at no extra cost. Each round should be submitted as a consolidated list of changes. Additional rounds beyond the third are available at our standard hourly rate.
What files do I need to provide?
Architectural drawings (PDFs, CAD files, SketchUp models), reference images for style and materials, and a brief describing what you need. The more context, the more accurate the first draft.
How long does a typical project take?
Most standard rendering projects are completed within 48–72 hours from approval of the brief. Complex multi-view or large aerial projects may take longer — we'll give you a precise delivery date with your estimate.
Do you offer discounts for multiple renders?
Yes. Multi-render projects and ongoing client relationships benefit from more efficient pricing since the 3D model is already built. Mention the full scope when requesting your estimate.
What happens if I need changes after delivery?
Changes to a delivered render are treated as a new request and priced accordingly. We retain your project files for 12 months, so updates are always faster than starting from scratch.
